Revive and Thrive Program

Regardless of what's going on in your life, you have someone on your side.  Lifepoint Health’s Revive and Thrive Program offers free tools, resources and counseling to you and your family for:

  • Relationship difficulties
  • Emotional/psychological concerns
  • Work or family stress and anxiety
  • Alcohol and drug abuse
  • Personal and life improvement
  • Legal or financial topics
  • Depression
  • Child care
  • Elder care 
  • Grief issues

Lifepoint Health provides a confidential employee assistance program that offers assessment, short-term counseling and referral services, crisis response, assistance with locating available childcare, health and wellness incentives, financial services and legal assistance. Additional services include:

  • Urgent Care: Residents and dependents have access to 24/7 TeleHealth services at no cost whether they are enrolled in a medical benefit or not.
  • Dermatology: Residents have access to on-demand expert skincare consultations through virtual care.
  • Counseling Services: Residents have access to on-demand behavioral health, confidential counseling, personalized psychiatric services, and other support services to support mental well-being.
  • Nutrition Coaching: Residents have access to regular check-ins and guidance from certified health coaches.
  • Complimentary access to Wellhub; gym memberships, live and on-demand fitness classes, 1:1 virtual wellness coaching, & well-being apps nationally.

Mentorship Program

Faculty will instruct and mentor the residents on the best practices for working effectively in various healthcare delivery settings through didactics and clinical experiences. Both a faculty and senior resident mentor will be assigned to each resident to assist them in their research and scholarly activity endeavors (from project inception to conference presentation and/or publication). Mentors serve as a resource to residents throughout the program and are expected to meet with mentees at least twice per year.

Resident Wellness Committee

The Resident Wellness Committee promotes a culture of well-being by supporting initiatives that enhance physical, emotional, and professional health. Comprised of residents and faculty, the committee organizes activities such as wellness events, mentorship opportunities, and community-building initiatives to foster balance, connection, and resilience throughout training.
