Regardless of what's going on in your life, you have someone on your side. Residents will have access to our no-cost confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Resources for Living (RFL). They are here for you and your family 24/7/365. It’s free of charge, easy to access, and available whenever (and wherever) you need it.

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers free tools, resources and counseling to you and your family for:

  • Relationship difficulties
  • Emotional/psychological concerns
  • Work or family stress and anxiety
  • Alcohol and drug abuse
  • Personal and life improvement
  • Legal or financial topics
  • Depression
  • Child care
  • Elder care 
  • Grief issues

A gym membership is provided to all residents of the program.

Anonymous Concern Report

You may use this form to anonymously report concerns specific to your residency training program (such as duty hour violations and unprofessional behavior). To report concerns that relate to broader clinic/hospital compliance issues such as illegal actions, financial reporting, internal accounting controls, audit, fraud, waste, and abuse, please utilize the appropriate compliance resource.

All form submissions are anonymously delivered directly to the Department of Graduate Medical Education. GME takes all concerns very seriously.
