    Program Signaling

As part of our commitment to a holistic and fair application review process, we will again be incorporating program signals into our interview selection algorithm for the upcoming residency application cycle. With the number of available signals increasing to 20 this year, we view signaling as a meaningful indication of applicant interest.  As such, we strongly encourage all applicants who are genuinely interested in our program to use a signal when applying. While we continue to consider all aspects of each applicant, signals will play a significant role in our decision-making process.
